Terms of Service — DMRCloud

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DMRCloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed amateur radio operators. By registering, you represent that you hold a valid amateur radio license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority in your country, and that your callsign and DMR ID are accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dmrcloud.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content. Use must comply with all applicable laws and amateur radio regulations (including FCC Part 97 or equivalent). See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@dmrcloud.com. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur. DMRCloud is not liable for downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMRCloud and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
