1. Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your callsign, DMR ID, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). We do not store plaintext passwords. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provision and manage your DMR network instance
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)
  • To provide support when you contact us
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Amateur Radio and Public Information

Your callsign is a matter of public record under amateur radio licensing. DMR IDs are publicly registered in the RadioID.net database. By using this service you acknowledge that your callsign may be visible to other users of the network.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

5. Cookies and Sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • RadioID.net — DMR ID verification at registration (public API, no account data shared).

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@dmrcloud.com.
